About The Facilitator
Colette Normandeau, International NLP Master Trainer and Certified Coach
Colette is an international NLP Master Trainer, SFM (Success Factor Modeling) I, II and III (Next Generation Entrepreneur, Generative Collaboration, Conscious Leadership) facilitator and executive, business and life coach. She is the founder of the French NLP school L’essentiel, she trains and certifies Life, Business, Health and Executive NLP coaches in Quebec (www.ecolepnl.com).
For the past 23 years Colette has been living her passion and mission of supporting, through trainings, conferences, coaching and consulting, many thousands of entrepreneurs, teams, managers, leaders, businesses from Quebec, Canada, France, Indonesia, Finland, India, Pakistan, Mexico, Morocco, UK and US. She has over 2500 training days experience and over 4000h of experience in individual coaching sessions.
Colette is trained in NLP, Ericksonian and Humanistic hypnosis, CNV (non-violent communication), synergologie (nonverbal communication). She has a degree in human resources, creativity, andragogy (University of Montréal and Laval). She is also an author of a French best-selling book titled: Ê.T.R.E. enfin soi-même- Guide d’auto-coaching et d’éveil edited by GERESO in France.
She is also co-author with Robert Dilts and his leadership team of Generative consulting- Tools for creativity, consciousness and collective transformation.
She is a founding member of the SFM leadership team and works closely with world renowned Robert Dilts on enlarging the outreach of SFM into the world.
She is also igniter of NLP 4th generation which supports the development of spiritual intelligence. She is the 2021 recipient of the international ANLP Award for “NLP in Business” in London, England.
Her clients are people of influence who strive to make a positive difference in their lives, the lives of others and the world.
She loves to share simple, practical and effective tools and models that contribute to help people, relations, business be at their best. Her trainings and coachings are dynamic, interactive and profound all the while being filled with humour and fun.
