NLP Master Trainer
Lindsey is the founder of Team NLP and the first female Master Trainer of NLP in the UK accredited by the ABNLP.
She is well-known in the field of organisational change and is the author of four books, including the best selling ‘Change Your Life with NLP’.
Lindsey also has lived experience as a carer of her daughter who has had anorexia since her teenage years. This has inspired Lindsey to develop an approach to help those with eating disorders to shift their mindset towards long-term recovery.

Still 25 Inside – 8 Steps To Feeling Happy, Healthy And Fulfilled Whatever Your Age.
This session is all about a journey towards vibrant living for older people. It is about aging with attitude. For those of us who believe in beginnings, not endings, and who want to next phase of their lives to be as good, or better than anything that has gone before. There is no age range for this. The important thing is that if you feel as if you are in this new phase, then you probably are. The session will specifically cover the ‘Age with Attitude Model of Change’ which uses NLP as its foundation. It will be an interactive session using online tools and break out rooms to create engagement.
We will use our 8 attitudes as the foundation for the session:
- I live my life on purpose – What it feels like to be stuck and the importance of having focus and goals.
- I create what I want – Exploring the link between our thoughts and our results and the importance of taking personal responsibility for your success.
- I know who I am – Regaining a sense of self and discovering who you are when you are being authentic.
- I am true to myself – Learning about your values for your life and aligning your values to your goals.
- I am good enough – Building self-esteem, and confidence and letting go of self-sabotage. Learning how to slow down cognitive decline.
- I like myself – Building and sustaining a healthy older mindset and understanding the link between healthy eating and energy levels.
- I take time for me – Learning about perceptions of time and living in the now. Enjoying what the world has to offer.
- I’m certain of my success – Taking the AWA quiz and setting a goal for the future
You will leave feeling that it’s never too late to have purpose, create a healthier body, sharpen their minds and energy, and feel vibrantly healthy and alive!

This session will teach you the secrets of taking personal responsibility and ownership for
achieving business and coaching goals and objectives. Lean to use NLP skills for:
- Taking more personal responsibility and accountability for actions
- Creating actionable goals and objectives
- Moving from a problem focused mindset to a solution focused mindset
- Developing more creative and flexible ways of thinking and working
- Become motivated and energised about achieving goals and objectives
- Creating a roadmap for moving forward and taking action
- Overcoming limited beliefs and building more self confidence
- During this session you will have the time to practice what you are learning with others so
that you take away the skills, that you can instantly put into action with yourself, the people
you work with and coach.
