In 2024, Maureen Fearon celebrates 20 years of teaching NLP to empower individuals to success. A highly respected trainer, therapy specialist and motivational speaker, Maureen has made a profound impact across corporate workplaces, education, SME and the public sector. As an NLP Master and trainer, she has designed and delivered thousands of workshops, helping people achieve personal and professional growth.
Additionally, Maureen’s expertise is enhanced by her training in MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) profiling.
An accomplished author, her first book Shoo the destructive demon within is a powerful self help guide which has transformed many lives.
She frequently shares her insights on BBC radio and TV, where she has earned a reputation for inspiring and educating across a broad range of subjects. She even spoke on BBC Radio 2 about NLP after John Grinder was interviewed. Dubbed the “Love Guru” on a BBC show for her work with relationships and single people, she has collected expertise in many areas of human behaviour.

Shoo The Destructive Demon Within And Thrive
In 2011, while speaking at a conference, I realised how many people struggle with the simple idea of saying, “I love myself.” This insight led me to create a powerful metaphor during a coaching session that transformed my client’s mindset instantly.
The success of this approach inspired me to test it further, one to one and in workshops, eventually leading to the publication of my book, Shoo the Destructive Demon Within.
In this session, I will share the proven techniques and safe exercises I’ve developed to unblock limiting beliefs, empower self-worth, and foster rapid transformation in both self-coaching and client work. You’ll learn how to dismantle the key belief that hinders success, alongside language strategies rooted in NLP that protect against manipulative behaviours and help build strong boundaries.
These tools have consistently produced outstanding results and are unique to my teachings.
Whether you’re helping someone overcome low self-worth or guiding them through challenging interactions, this workshop will provide you with a powerful toolkit to support lasting change.
